Oral presentation

Your presentation can be given in English.
All visual materials must be prepared in English. A presentation must be finished within the appointed time.
An Oral Presentation is to be made within 20 minutes (18 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions and answers). With regard to proceeding, please follow the chairpersons' instructions
You can make a presentation only with PCs
When your presentation data was created with Windows, please submit CD-R or USB Storage containing the data. Please use hybrid-formatted CD-R.
If you give a presentation with Macintosh, please bring your own PC with you.
To those who will submit CD-R or USB Storage (Windows only)

Please make your data with PowerPoint 2000, 2002 or 2003 and use the following fonts:
Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, Courier New, Georgia

Please scan your CD-R or USB Storage for computer virus in advance of submission.

Please submit your data after preview at the PC Center (Room # B-303) on the 3rd floor.

by 17:00 on 9th November, if your presentation date is 10th November.
by 17:00 on 10th November, if your presentation date is 11th November.
by 17:00 on 11th November, if your presentation date is 12th November.

Although the kinds of PC, OS or applications are not limited, a connector with D-sub15 pin is necessary to output. If your PC needs an adapter for D-sub15 pin, please prepare it by yourself. You cannot connect without D-sub15 pin.

Poster presentation

All posters are to be written in English.
Each poster must be made in size as shown below.
The poster must be put up before 17:00 on Friday (Nov, 09) through 14:00 on Monday (Nov.12).
Poster number (JP-XXX) will be marked on the board. Identify your poster number and confirm the location of where to display your poster. For putting up poster(s), pushpins will be provided at the poster display designated area.
The poster discussion will be held through 17:20-18:30 on Saturday (Nov.10) and 15:20-16:30 on Sunday (Nov.11).

Authors of odd numbered posters will be recommended to be present at the poster from 17:20-18:30 on Saturday.

Authors of even numbered posters will be recommended to be present at the poster from 15:20-16:30 on Sunday.
